The C9 HEUI system makes you think differently.
Engine oil isn't only there to lubricate the engine.

First find out what happens to injector-actuation pressure while the engine is hot and cranking.
That tells you much more.
The Oil Dipstick Matters More Than You Might Think
This is one of the simplest checks on the entire engine.
Before reaching for diagnostic equipment, check the engine oil.
